 Our Chief Building Official is Ken Buxton, who is responsible for administering the Ontario Building Code Act and issuing building permits according to the Township’s Comprehensive Zoning By-law 50-10.
There may also be a requirement for you to get permission from the Crowe Valley Conservation Authority if your building project is close to water, or on/near Environmentally Protected wetlands – the CBO will let you know if that is necessary.
To discuss your building project with Ken Buxton, please call him at his Faraday office at 613 332 3638 to make an appointment. Ken is available for meetings at the Wollaston Township Office on Friday afternoons – please be sure you make an appointment with him in advance.
